Nuit Blanche

I've tweeted and facebook this so it's about time I blog about it too.
This short film is absolutely stunning; from the cinematography to the beautiful music that grabs your tension and hearts. I have only discovered it today and  it has certainly captivated me in every way. Being a hopeless romantic doesn't help either and the film only intensify my fantasy and ideas even more so.
Thank you Arev Manoukian for directing such a wonderful master piece.

Holly Fulton SS 2012

I love Holly Fulton's work. Her art deco inspired prints and the playful use of colours can always put a smile on my face on any miserable rainy days.  So feeling slightly under the weather this weekend, I happily stayed indoors recouping my energy while ogling and feasting my eyes over London Fashion Week. I definitely felt better and duly deserved my dosage of Ms Fulton's dazzling collection.

Theses are some of the pieces that I felt was definitely worth mentioning.

The whole collection was so fresh, fun and vibrant. Strong, bold prints were used, along with the subtle hint of pinks and nudes kept the collection feminine without being too over powering.

*The accessories are to die for, especially the mono chrome clutch.

Tim Walker

No introduction require for his outstanding work and contribution to the fashion world.
I heart Walker's romantic style and exaggerated staging where each shot usually depicts fairy tale motifs, how can one not love that ?! The characters from his shoots are portrayed in their most influential demeanour. Here are some of my favourites of Tim's work which I'm sure you will enjoy...

With Christmas round the corner (yes, I know people who have already started their Christmas shopping!) I would simply like to request this piece of gem...

Paul Smith & Henry Moore

Fashion and Art will always go hand in hand and it was great to see Iconic Paul Smith Collaborating with one of my favorite British Artist Henry Moore.

Henry Moore was a British Sculptor and is best known for his bronze abstract sculptures which are usually depicts the human form.  The Henry Moore Foundation was setup to honor this incredible artist work and legacy he has left behind.

I love the fact that Paul Smith has stood by his British Hertiage roots and worked alongside another iconic British artist. He has captured Moore's signature graphics and drawings and interpreted this onto his clothing and accessories range very vividly. It wasn't just a subtle fusion, but a strong contrasts of work that stayed true to both artists vision and inspirations.

My favorite piece from the collaboration has to be this delectable dress.  Both colours and graphic prints are to die for, simply divine.

The collection is available on

My latest obession....

LA band Foster The People, featuring ; Mark Foster, Mark Pontius and Cubbie Fink.

'Pumped up Kicks' is constantly on repeat for me at the moment...maybe my slight crush on Cubbie <3 doesn't help my growing obsession of the band.
